As M|GROUP finishes its 10th year in business, kicking off a second decade of delivering managerial services to the commercial real estate industry, we briefly reflect on our 10 year journey, and position ourselves for the next leg of our adventure.
Establishing ourselves as a management only services firm in 2004 was not without its struggles and risks within a well-established marketplace. Fortunately, we discovered that by offering an alternative to the norm, many opportunities presented themselves, for which we are eternally grateful. As a result, our delivery platforms through M|RED, M|SOURCE, and M|TECH reached a combined service footprint of over 1,100 locations throughout the country in 2014, serviced by over 30 dedicated and professional employees.
Starting our second decade, and watching the national/international commercial real estate services landscape transform yet again, we have reflected on our position within this marketplace. As 3-4 super players seize a major piece of the market, we pose the following: How will service delivery within local markets be impacted?
